Baseline Data from Various Ngo under Adolescent Empowerment Programme was collected by Sr. Celine, Mrs. Shwetha and Ms. Sonia  i.e. from Honnavar, Karwar, Bhatkal, Chikkodi, Dharwad, Kalghatgi, Gundlupet, H.D.Kote, Ranebennure, Hangal, Byadagi, Mudola, Muddebihal, Karkala, Kundapura, Bantwal, Belthangady, and Mangalore.

Parental Helpline Advocacy was organized in various schools, Panchayat like Narikombu, Kavoor, Panjimogaru, Kunjathbail, Jeppu, Vorkady, Kulshekara, Nirmarga, Bajpe, Malali, Vamanjoor and during various PTA Meetings by Sr. Lilly Pushpa and Mrs. Shwetha and Sr. Celine.

Adolescent Empowerment Sessions were dealt in different Schools in Narikombu Panchayat, namely Shamboor, Narikombu, Nayila, Shediguri and Bondala School, in each school 10 each life education session were given to Adolescents and 5 sessions to Parents Support Groups were given respectively.

Sr. Celine D’Sa and Ms. Sonia Monteiro formed Adolescent Empowerment groups   Government Higher Primary School, Narikombu. There was very good co-operation from the teachers and students. Children were very happy, active and enthusiastic to join the group.

2 days Workshop on preparing handbook for adolescent boys was organized at SSRDC. There were 16 participants. It was organized in view of support for the Adolescent Empowerment Programme. For the better outcome of the Book students of 8th and 9th standard were called from 2 different schools and their opinion was taken.

Convergence meeting of Child Protection Functionaries was held at SSRDC and there were 25 participants. This type of meeting is really a help and support for the better functioning of people involved in working with children.
